The two men you sent to do the installation were courteous and answered any and all of my questions. They worked very well together. Everything was all cleaned up each day and when they finished again. I had questions bout the thermostat and called, and they came within 30 minutes. Checked everything out and gave me a thorough and understandable explanation how the unit works.

This call was for furnace check of which I received a card, and also I wanted my thermostat replaced with one I could read and regulate, so I asked for a white Rogers which they carry. He came out the same day I called. He was very helpful.
I didn't quite understand something about it the next day, he came right out and explained it to me. Now I can regulate the temperature to just the way I want it.

I previously had dual-pane windows installed which made a huge difference.
I ran my air conditioner off and on for one month and my bill only went up $6.00. I was amazed. I am very happy with the new unit.

We had our son-in-law who is the owner of a fire sprinkler company who was replacing my roof while they were putting up the air conditioner. He told me he couldn't believe how good they were. They put in my new ducts where needed, etc. He was very impressed.
